Fried Perch

Ingredients
- Flour
- cracker crumb
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- dill weed
- eggs
- milk
Directions
Beat the eggs and a little milk with a fork. Crush the crackers with a rolling pin,and mix with flour. About a fifty-fifty mixture.
Sprinkle with garlic,salt,pepper,and dill weed. Let the fish set for about 10 minutes. Put in a hot skillet of cooking oil and a little butter. Make sure the skillet is hot. Fry until fish is a crispy brown coating.
This is a very good recipe for frying any kind of fish. You will love it!
