Halibut Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS
8 to 12 soft flour tortillas
4 cups cooked Halibut meat
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package taco seasoning water accorging to package directions
1 15 oz can enchilada sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
1 small can chopped green chilies
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Filling;
2. Mix the cooked halibut, taco mix and water together until mixed and halibut flakes apart a little. Set aside.
3. Sauce: Mix together cheddar cheese soup, sour cream and chilis and coat bottom of 9x13 pan with a thin layer. Fill shells with meat, place in pan seam side down. Spread rest of sauce over the top and top with shredded cheese. Pour enchilada sauce over all. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
