As cold weather sets inacross the Midwest, pro-staffers Heath & Lindsey Martin head west to bow hunt in Kansas while Adam takes off to self-film and bow hunt crop land in Northern Missouri. They all have successful hunts and bring home venison for the freezer! Watch to see the doe duck the arrow for Heath (at4:24) only to return to give Heath another shot (at 5:18) when the arrow zips right through the shoulder. Adam's self-filmed hunt starts at 6:06. He climbs into the tree and a deer soon show. The bucks nudge a doe right out in front of him!  After the hunts there's more trapping tips as we work on balancing the predator prey relationship. Stay tuned to the very end and watch the bloopers as the truck gets stuck coming up the icy Ozark Mountain road and almost goes down into a 40 ft. ravine. See what happens when they attempt to pull it out by the tractor!

Prefessional Affiliations:
The Wildlife Society, Archery Trade Association, Quality Deer Management Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, Missouri Trappers Association, National Rifle Association
Hunting Strength:
Being a research biologist that specializes in white-tailed deer, I've been able to use my knowledge of deer behavior to help pattern mature bucks on a consistent basis.
Favorite Technique:

Favorite Game to Hunt:
White-tailed deer & wild turkey
Favorite Hunting Gear: Nikon binoculars. Seeing game before they see me has been one of my best techniquesFavorite Places to Hunt: Missouri, Kansas and Texas
Favorite Places to Hunt:
My farm near Branson, MO. My favorite state to hunt besides MO is KS.
Favorite Season to Hunt:
Early turkey season and the pre-rut
Favorite Time to Hunt: Deer tend to be most active just before a substantial change in the weather — I really enjoy hunting food sources just before a major front.
Favorite Way to Hunt:
